I just returned from the USTA National Clay Courts in Delray Beach, FL where I attended the College Coaches Expo and had a chance to watch several hundred of the best juniors in the country. It was extremely hot and humid, but there was a lot of great tennis to watch and most of the coaches from the top college teams in the country were there. I met some fantastic student-athletes and I hope to see some of them in a Gator Tennis uniform in the future!

The Courts Are Finished!

The courts are ready to be used. My son Lucas, age 2, was the first to play on them. He loved them and he thought they were perfect for his all court game. We have new drainage around the whole facility and we widened the walk way and extended it all the way to the end of court 6 and court 12. We now officially have the same surface as the US Open, including the new 4 inch baselines that are used at the Open. They look fantastic!
