KALAMAZOO, Mich. – Allegheny senior Patrick Cole and
sophomore Tyler Triolo will enter this weekend's United States Tennis
Association (USTA) - Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Central Region
Championships as the No. 2 overall doubles seed in the main draw, announced by
the ITA on Thursday.
The pair will enter the weekend with a 9-2 overall

losses this season have come at the hands of perennial national power Carnegie
Mellon on Sept. 7 and Division II Mercyhurst on Sept. 18.
Cole and Triolo began their three-day tournament schedule
with a victory on Friday morning over a squad from College Conference of
Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) member Elmhurst. The two will continue their
bracket play with a 9:30 a.m. match on Friday.
