The tennis team had a banner year for academic awards. In addition to Pat Cole winning the COSIDA All District Award, nine players were honored with the ITA Scholar Athlete Award--which requires at least a 3.5 GPA for the year. This is the largest number we have ever had win this award. Both teams also won the ITA All Academic Team Award (team avg. GPA above a 3.2 for the year). This is now the third year in a row that the men have won the Team Award and it is the 4th time in the past 8 years for the women. Both teams will be celebrating this fall with a team outing. The ITA doesn't officially announce the awards until later in the summer so check our website in July/August for the official press release. The ITA Scholar Athlete Award winners are: Pat Cole, Alex Hurtuk, Andrea Brush, Laura Steele, Frank Mosconi, Haley Meekhof, Tyler Triolo, Michaela Thompson, and Abby Lange.
